Balete Lakeview Residences Groundbreaking Ceremony

The Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Balete Lakeview Residences was held, June 25, 2024, in Barangay Malabanan. The project aims to address the need for Filipinos to have decent housing under the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, one of the key programs of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr.

The Groundbreaking Ceremony was led by our esteemed Mayor Wilson V. Maralit, Congresswoman Ma. Theresa “Maitet” V. Collantes, Mr. Edwin Hilapad and Ms. Ma. Victoria Dela Cruz of Crystal C 888 Realty & Development Corp., Mr. Davison Simango of Zotus Group, Usec. Emmanuel D. Pineda of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, Usec. Mark Cristeo R. Gimenez of the Office of Regional Concerns & Facilitation of Presidential Assistance Presidential Management Staff, Regional Director Atty. Jann Roby Otero of DHSUD Region IV-A, Atty. Felizardo Tiu, Ms. Jacqueline Constantino of Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF) and Hon. Armando Maralit of Barangay Malabanan.

An estimated 4,600 families are expected to benefit from the affordable housing program in our town.
